We will also create a "honey do" list of items that could be addressed to increase the value of your home. If needed, we will provide you with a list of vendors who have worked with our clients and provided quality service in the past.
Marketing is everything! Once the house is ready, we will bring in our highly regarded professional real estate photographer to take high-quality photos that will grab the attention of potential buyers and have them eager to tour the home. We will provide virtual tours and color brochures for in home display so that buyers remember your home. We will advertise the property on social media and all the Real Estate sites. When desired we will also host a public open house for potential buyers to view the home.
Communication is key. We provide weekly updates and you will receive showing feedback every time we do. We will continuously re-evaluate the effectiveness of our marketing plan for your home and adjust as needed. Selling your home is a partnership and we will make sure you are always informed and up to date.
When presented with an offer, we will negotiate to get you top dollar for your property and advise you on the key aspects of the offer.
Finally, once a contract is accepted and inspections are complete, we will review any repair requests, discuss the validity and potential expense of each repair with you, and provide a list of proven contractors. We stay on top of the contract from execution to closing and communicate with the other agent, the mortgage company, and the title company to eliminate surprises and advocate for you.
